This has happened to me with 2 girls now.
It really tears you apart what they say to you.
It happens like this, each usually calls around 4-6am extremely drunk or high as a kite on yaba balling her eyes out saying she can't handle her life anymore, and wants to end it now and says she is calling to say goodbye.
Some of the things I've heard are heartbreaking, nobody loves me, my mother forced me at 14 to go work as a prostitute and said don't come back home unless I have money for her, or how she liked school and wanted to go to university and be somebody, but her mother said "your just a girl education is not important for you", said her mums boyfriend wants to f__k her and she won't go back home, saying how much she is jealous of me and other farang ladies who can travel the world, why she can't do the same, Why was I born to suffer, wish I was never born and the list goes on.
Both girls have ended up in hospital a few times from trying to take their own lives, either by a drug overdose on sleeping tablets and whisky or slashing her wrists.
I have now answered my phone 6 times and hearing the words "___ I want to die", and it has taken its effect on me with stress and depression. But I know I can manage.
So far they are both still alive as of today.
Whats the best thing to say and deal with this difficult situation ?
Anyone else shared a same experience ?

Yea its cool, Dont worry mate. Alot of extreme measures are sort by thai working girls. Many moons ago I got a similar call. "man no good never love me"""" I want die, true...i do"" Ofcourse an hour later, I pledged support for her to return home, and sent 10,000 baht. Its a well worn scam. Ofcourse also some do leave the earth, and are as poised about it (usually calm) so its a hard call literally, as to what to do. I tend to not have working girl associations for one reason or another. But in saying that incase this is a feminist attempt to extract male guilt, spare a thought for the sucide rate were no options like p4p available. The poverty and sufferace would be greater. Unlike western hookers, Drug abuse is alot less, and sucide also. Many of these girls actually enjoy < YES enjoy their lifes!

What if they don't want money from you ? Although I have offered.
I have seen the scars on wrists, and grazed skin all over her arms and legs on webcam from her coming off her motorbike intoxicated and depressed after calling me. So they both have the urge. Its just a matter of time.
I will just keep a low profile for now, and in future not get to know any girls too well. Well not girls who work in this type of industry.

TRUE. but dont generalise too much, remember there are 100,000 working girls at least in thailand. Some (infact many) choose to do so. happily. I can say I know of many instances where girls are sponsered (20,000 a month) several times but return to work as it pays maybe pays 10,000 more, or in very attractive cases triple. The tragic end of the spectrum is there undeniably. I also see scars. Alot are motor bike accidents, or sucide attempts after a thai marriage goes sour. (before work) Talk to some girls about P4p in better bars and go gos alot say that now ""have"" and life better! They tend to get money saved like 300,000 over six years or more, and then by then return home. But also many send to their families. Some far from damaged are bright cheerie souls. That is the reality. Percentage wise the tragic is small. I have screwed a few girls in thailand over 18 years (maybe 350) or more but not less. Out of which 50% have had a baby at some point prior. 10% with a scar. 2% to 5% a scar that might be possibly self induced. 1 % or less spoke of the world in very bad terms. 75% bubbly and business like with the usual lines "" lub you alot darling and will miss you"" males in thailand arent heartless, and most dont (females working ) have a victim mentality. They are alot less burdened than the western hookers id say. And sure drugs play a part in which some drift into the darkness.

slashing you wrist wont kill you much if you not taking a hoth bath ala Godfather II style.
It will make you bleed but it will stop. The effect is great and the bf will love you long time and send more money.
I seen one crazy girl cut here 2 cm deep from the vrist up to elbow. THAT is not so good and it cost me 32 000 THB. 30 000 for the hospital and 2000 To drive her back to the village were she now stays. A top of advice look at the arms of the girl if you see any cuts AVOID. Even western girls cut them selfs to let out the problems.

yes, it is traumatic........
Difficult, but listen to our hardened brethren...callous bastards that we become with all this.
It happens with amazing regularity...check out the arms of the little sweetheart in the bar, you will often see "motorbike accidents" that are more like knife slashes.
Sad but true.
Tell her to get her arse to hospital, and you will visit her next week when you are free.
I would run a mile afterwards. They will always have this hanging over you if they can make it your fault!

Good advice !Cutting your self in the arms is a kind of letting out of the steam for the girls with problem. And its does not much thinking to understand that most if this girls have problem. The one with less will power start taking drugs and cutting them self. If you take on a girl like this, it will only end with problem for you. BIG TIME!
