This week I was hit with the most stunning refusal ever.
I know there may be a few differences of opinion amongst the various factions of bro's here, but I want to get some feeling from you please?
I do not sponsor now, (ok I have in the past) but I have a habit with a couple of girls of slipping some money every so often into their bags, normally when we have spent some time together.
It means they feel better about it, and there is enough trust on both sides that it is like a real GFE.
OK, OK, so after the weekend together with soi33cutie, she found THB5,000 in her bag.
She went ballistic! gave me the money back, said that she did not do it for the money, and only "wanted your time, your company, you"
She was still angry as she got in the taxi to go home on Monday night.....
sh_t, I was gobsmacked!!
Im now worried!

I would be very careful the way you approach it,
I had the same happen with me a while back, the girl was a bartender and NEVER asked for a Satang (she did ask for a football jersey that I was wearing, it looked better on her)
Actually paid her and my way a few times. I had stayed with her a few days (4) and I was going to US for a biz trip. that morning, I slipped 4K into her bag as she was showering.
When I was in the US, I called her as requested, she was PISSED off. She kept telling me she wasn't a prostitute and didn't stay with for money.
I was thinking on my feet and calmly told her that the 4k wasn't for the sex, it was for her daughters school, and for her to go buy some jeans (She had mentioned that all her jeans were old). I told her thatI only gave the money for that and didn't even think it was for sex, That's why I put it in the bag, because I knew she wouldn't take it if I tried to hand it to her. I wanted her to go shopping etc..
She calmed down and was cool... it was a tense few minutes..
Just explain to Soi33 that thats why u slipped it in the bag quitly, coz it's not $$ for sex, just a gift that you WANTED her to have!
This way, you will be at peace, she'll understand that it's still part payment, but she wont be as pissed off as it's 'wrapped' different.
Thats what I'd do!

Sam, I am facing the same situation with my fav BG now officially upgraded to GIK...she likes to spend time with me and she doesn't like to take money from me, even if she need it...so, after the first couple of time when I gave her cash and we both felt bad about it, I decided to either transfer some money to her account or buy a small piece of gold (ring or others) she can use in the future if she needs cash....elegant solution to make both parties feel at easy!

Yea, thats what I did. Then she had the money right there when I went back in her hands. Cried I love you! And well, I sent her home! And she has been loyal, true and wonderful And might have done, and does. Point is I have sent in 9 months 157,000 baht seen her 4 times, tried to cure butterflying, and again might get married, (to a thai) Believe me, ones that do that are either real, or very sly. Only you can figure it out....... (but she might be real)

In America I think this would be something of a promotion that you commonly see on TV to buy larger purchases that may require financing. The advertisements usually go something like this...
"No payments until 2005!"
Or until she stops liking you, the cow dies, mom gets sick, you get married, etc..
One thing is guaranteed, you will not get a free ride forever. It will cost you sooner or later and it may not just be money you lose. Just keep your head on straight at all times.
