BG deals - How does it work?
I've been thinking here (first mistake in Thailand  ). I'm going to Pattatya later this year for 2 months and at some stage (after the early fun) am planning to get some nice cutie for a longer stay with me.
I know what you're about to say but I'm staying there for a long time. I need someone I can just hang around without the need to going to bars and drinking all the time (big save of money, lifestyle like that for a while make it posssible to burn some cash at some later stage (party girls and kinky f_ck's I can get when I feel like it) ).
I've heard about these arregements that girls go long time (not to be confused to st/lt here) with a farang. Is the quitting work the only option here, what do you recommend, what are your experiences about this? I'm going to be in Pattaya about 2 months, so economical situation isn't the kind that I would be spraying money all over..
I know about this quitting the bar thing (this isn't about "saving" the girl) but when I don't know how long I would stay with her, it would sound like not a good thing to do, why would she quit her income for, let's say, for two weeks being with me (maybe losing many ST BF's, comission of ladydrinks).
Anyway, instead of barfining the girl every single day of the month, wouldn't it be cheaper to make somekind of deal with the bar/girl/mamasan, is this common that you can get some sort of discount for longer term BF?
I heard that there was some fee to be paid for the girl. so she could "come back when she wanted" and it was 10 000 bht. is this about go-go bars? Because if it's the same for beer bars then it would equal about seven weeks of bar fines: 49 (7x7weeks) *200=9800. Too mut.
I heard some bb-girls can go with you for as little as 6000-9000 per month (that would be as little as 200-300 per day), taking in account that she is fond for you in some way (thinks you are fun, threat her well and with respect, sex is good)
I think this is the minumum sum (min wage) and if she agrees to go with you with this kind of arragement at least there's something in for her too? And I'm not talking about the uglies girl in the bar, nor the oldest one.
And if this is relevant, there is one potencial candidate I met on my last trip, from a BB. She's about the same age as me (below 30).
Id think I'd be ready to spend 15 000 - 20 000 for her in a month but that extra ten grand makes it already about a thousand per day so it's a no go. I'm not gonna stuck with my girl, I still wanna have some fun from time to time so money has to be left for that too 
Now ofcourse the sum I would have to pay to her deppens on her popularity and is she at all would like to leave her bar for me for that certain amount of time.
The more I think about this more stupid this seems
But anyway at least I have a backup plan.
In my last trip I was with one really nice BeerBar girl and afterwards though I might have as well barfined her at longer time at once.. I think the first time I saw her when I was on my 4th week of my stay.. and after 3 months I decided I wanted someone who I already knew to be with me those last two weeks, it really worked out fine!
On the last trip, after beeing there for 2 months or so, I felt this urge to go some place else for a while. Every day seemed so same and I though when I would come back to Pattaya it would be a thril again.. so.. I'm looking for a girl (this is not an add! just a few reasons) I can lay down with, a more calm type, not a party freak.. some one who's english is good and and she's more of an "ordinary" lady, who'll shop, cook and clean for me
I guess I'll save without the bars and drinking but as long as we are going somewhere, I always have to pay the entrance fee/ticket etc anyway so.. maybe counts as nothing, maybe doesn't.

It depends on the girl and the bar.
The girl: If you pick a freelancer ther's no bar fine to worry about, plenty of places to pick em up and there's some real nice girls out there, try Gullivers on Soi 5. Check the threads for loads more.
Some bar girls will just qwit the bar and find another bar when youv'e gone.
The Bar: If the girl is a high earner for the bar she will have more say in what hours and when she works.
Some girls done take a wage from the bar and just rely on cut from drinks and BFs, so a deal can be done with her.
You may be able to just cover her bar wage rather than the BF which the bar gets a lump of.
One problem you might find iis the girl has borrowed money and has to pay it back with LDs and BFs, some are almost forced into borrowing so the bar has a hold on them. take care in what you do with the bars as you might end up in an alley.

I would have to agree that a FL would be a better option as it rules out the "bar thing" altogether. Unless of course you know a girl and you tee it up before hand so she tells the bar that she is going home for a while.
Also, the FL would probably be more keen to have a regular source of income.... Seeing what some bg's make in a week, your monthly amount on offer would be below this amount. Of course, the merit in your case is that she is with one guy instead of 7 guys+ each week. I think serious interviews would be in order....
Of course, being "handsum man" certainly would assist in the negotiations....
The other side of it is, doing you REALLY want to be with a bg 24/7??? I find at times I like to wander around alone and see whats out there (especially Pattaya)......certainly more limited with a tg in tow. On my last trip I was in CM2 with a FL I met up with in Nana car park at 2.45am (Stayed with her for 3 days) and I saw one tg who was quite hot. I gave her the "knowingly look" and she came over when FL was away in toilet.
When I told her I was with someone but said in thai "But I like you very much", she smiled and walked away. At that time I was actually thinking whether I could ditch the FL as she was "hot". Even though my FL was young, cute and had good body and all, she paled in comparison to this other girl.
Ahhhhhhh, what could have been......

Interesting questions. Price will depend on the age of the BG and the time of year. Slow season the BG are willing to wheel and deal on price.
Most beer bar BG will go long term for anywhere from 6K to 15K per month. Older BG will go for the lower amount and younger ones will want more. I pay an older BG 6K per month and she's more then happy with this.
Long term bar fine. She should be able to quit the bar if you pay 6 to 9K and be able to return at the end of your stay. I paid 9K for a BG that stayed with me seven weeks and it worked out well.

Yes I have thought about this too.. actually I wanna have my own space, and a separate appartment ofcourse
But as I'm in a economy budget here I though to make some cuts to my spending by "recruiting" a girl being with me at some point, escaping for a st every now and then. Don't know how this will/would work, I'd not want her to lose face.. if I find one I care for I'd want to be nice and respectful towards her but after all it's my holiday so I'm not planning to play "one happy couple" either.
I only had one freelancer before and even that was an "accident"

My date didn't arrive and a girl I knew arranged her friend to go with me.
But maybe the FL's are the way to go. Cool to hang out with at least up to 5 days with some nice one.. but too much planning isn't good, you never know what happens.. finding a suitable candidate will onbviosuly take time

Expensive, granted.. Tony I don't even like, same goes for Hollywood. Lucifer I haven't been to and Exyte only once. And Marine, well.. I'm not really a disco man
But Exyte seemed good enough to go with a girl.
I heard some MP girls hang out in Exyte after their work. Maybe too business oriented regarding their prices but would be nice to have some bodymessage in an own tub and hold her over the night =)
And nothing beats the chinese/thai look to me. But sometimes it seems I like dozens if different kinds of women so.. and to me more important in a "relationship" like this is the personality and attitude and ofcourse at least ok english. The killer lookers are mostly just after their money and are starfishes if they are not intio you and expect you to use much money. I'm after the cudde-kind of good girls, the cute and nice ones =)
But you never know what you get in life, in some apartment the package might exceed your expectations but also fall short. Think too mut.

Be careful with Fls. You don't know if they have nasty BFs, you don't know where they live etc etc. With a BG you can go back to her workplace if there's any problem and at least try to get some recourse.
A FL can fcuk off with your phone or your wallet or ??? and be in Kamphangphet before you wake up.

Thanks for the words of caution.
I think this is actually the reason I have been driven only for the bargirls. At least they are on some level controlled on their health/diceases and are generally more trustworthy.
If I will get FL's I will get those from bars (I know this doesn't actually guarantee anything) than from streets.
But.. also I will not know about bargirls BF's or appartments either.

Find fun girls that work regular jobs or uni ones. They will be happy to leave during the day then see you at night and for longer weekends etc. Otherwise Fl's without jobs would take you on.
I like BB Girls that only work part time they are great as to short term stays for a week or less and will understand of you butterfly. They are semi tied to workplace and good mates to be with. Get a one that knows english a bit and take her to a Koh for a mini overnighter trip or see upcountry.

I'm open to this uni/office gal thing, at least it would be challenging and a different kind of experience. My worry is that in the heat of the moment I ignore the fact that she is not a BG and say something that is not appropriate. The fact is, my experiences are only with TBG's and I might associate some things too easily sometimes. So either I'm too loose and end up letting things out of my mouth that I shouldn't or am way too careful what I say. Neither is good.
As for this part of the day/weekend arragement would be cool because that would allow me to spend my days as I wish.
And yes, I am planning to do a trip to Samui with a TG, and also would fancy a trip to countryside. Last time I staid only in Pattaya and regret it now. I want to broaden my view.

As someone said, the key is what the girl's expenses
are. If she is supporting family and BF and kid, she may need 20KB or more per month. Other girls can get bye with you just paying her rent.... about 2KB/month.
That is a pretty big range.
With a FL all you save is 200B/day x 30 = 6000B/month.
That is $150 which just barely gets you 1 hour in US.
So it is pretty cheap.
I'd stick with the bars..... there are so so so so many to
choose from. And they have to answer to mamasan which is what makes your 6000B an insurance policy.
(BTW, I bet you can neogiate that 6000 down to 4 or 5000B. Mamasan is a businesswoman and knows a bird in the hand when she sees it. I would try to pay it weekly)
