Does that mean sexually ?

It means that she will make sure you wallet will not be entered by anyone but her.
Of course it refers in part to sex.. where did you think you were???
the good ones will also make sure that you don't get overcharged by taxis, etc..
but they all know that at the end if you have extra money in your wallet, it just might be theirs..

Has the same depth of meaning when you ask a stranger "how ya doing" or "have a good day". Most people could care less and most likely the same holds true for the BG who told you "I'll look after you"

someone who tells you" have a goog day" does not have any interest in it.
if a bg says " I will look after you" there is a genuine interest behind it, her own.

I think I should explain that the lady in question is a 'good girl'. I have spent much of my time with her on my last visits to BKK.
We have been just good friends,going out to Clubs etc after she has finished work. Since my last visit 10 weeks ago,we have spoke on the phone everyday etc.
Although up to now nothing has happened between us sexually,I don't want to put my foot in it because.....
I am going back to see her on Sunday,and we are going to spend 8 days (nights?) together visiting Issan area and then off to Samui.
So when she says she is 'going to look after me' I just wondered if I was going to get a blow job or not!!

I think you might answer your question by what the sleeping arrangements are going to be.....Are you booking one room or separate rooms??? I think you could go 'in-between' and book a twin. That way if it works out you can just push them there beds together 
My experience has been when a girl says they will "look after you" theres generally a self interest component in there for her. Also (limited to non "good" girls) that "look after" means they will show you around and not let taxi's and stores charging farang prices etc etc rip you off. With a "non good girl" it also refers that she will give you the GFE.
I remember reading a post about this exact situation (but can't remember where) - I think the general observation was that if the "good" girl is going to a place like Samui etc with a farang, then don't let the "good girl" thing be a barrier to stop you from making whatever moves you would normally make (Did I succeed in being subtle or just confusing??).
Also if she is the "good girl" you say she is, you would have a higher chance of just going at it missionary style than getting a bj.
Also, going back to the room issue - the other post I was referring to - that guy booked two rooms but found after the first or second night she didn't need that "extra room".

I booked two rooms when with FG first time. After a few nights it sorted itself out.
I had a break clause, though, If it wasn't sorted out with regards to sex after 5 nights, I would be back on the trail and find another girl. If you let her "Go American on you" you might have 9 - 12 months before she has sex with you, leave aside who caters for her sexual needs in the mean time. Each to his own, but the latter is not for me.
