One of the most lasting memories was a mother too weak to continue working the fields, a father dying, and young sibblings crying from fever and the daughter praying for buddha. The village helped out in that case.
I donated most.
The daughter took the decesion to go a week later being 19.
In the coming months I saw the children better clothed.
The father comforted with a nurse visit weekly.
The mother employing others to make thatched baskets.
How?
