I don't think talking about pedophila as a "disease" (curable or incurable or whatever) is very accurate.
Doing so limits the responsibility of the pedophile. "Oh, he's sick. He has a disease. Can't help himself" and other such bullshit. Screw that.
It's not a disease. It's an illegal sexual inclination.
I'm straight. I like f***ing women. Is that a disease? No, of course not. We wouldn't talk about it in such ways.
Nor should we talk that way when we talk about anything not of the norm when it comes to sexual issues (homosexuality, fetishes, etc). Not diseases. Just want people are inclined to do.
