While the US has extended its reach for paedos (see below), one would be fortunate to be prosecuted by them rather than by the Thais:
"About 20 Americans alleged to have engaged in illicit sexual conduct in foreign places have been prosecuted under the (U.S. Child Protect Act) law since 2003, according to U.S. authorities. Before the act took effect, prosecutors were required to prove that a person traveled to a foreign country with the intent of having illicit sex, but the new law requires prosecutors to show merely that the person engaged in or attempted to engage in such acts."

Watching msnbc this morning, they have taken the "let's sensationalize BKK" approach.
They made a point of showing video of Patpong, pointing out that 2 million "sex tourists" are in Thailand and that there are 200,000 underage girls working in thailand, most of which in BKK. Where the hell do they get this shit? They keep this up and that just tightens the reigns in BKK again to save face.

Yes he does. He is TOO cleancut. Note his sport shirt is buttoned all the way up, i.e. including the top button. Obsessive/ Compulsive I'd say. Now how many guys do you know who button the top button? I wouldn't drink with anyone who did - and I sure as hell wouldn't introduce such an O/C to my baby sister/ daughter  .
