Luckily I don't go to the MPs and so haven't been affected by the new no-sex policy.

Mr Thaidup is not being completely honest with you guys. While he has reported a great deal of the actual events currently blighting the fun in BBK particularly, he has left out one detail.

Circumcision! Required for entry into Thailand.
Studies though out the world have proven the benefits of circumcision when related to defending against aids.
This has not gone unnoticed by the Thailand Travel Authority. So in a cooperation program, naturally with the full support of APEC, the first stages of a complimentary circumcision program is being put into place.
Here are the rules as we have them so far.
1. Already Done...proceed and enjoy your visit.
2. Female...enjoy your holiday.
3. Not Done.....and refuses. The party is held until the first available flight home. The waiting room has sex vids. and mastabatory toys/dolls since the Thai authorities well understands your possible frustration.
4. Not Done.....but willing. In order to enter the country a FULLY COMPLIMENTARY CIRCUMCISION will be performed on the spot. Free! No Charge!
Other details, enforcement, pain killers etc. are as yet not clear.
There is a special post-circumcision condom recently developed by Thai doctors that should enable you to have sex almost immediately after the operation.
Smelling salts will be provided if it is all to much.
A local Thai Tourist official said,"We have always felt Thailand was a CUT ABOVE other holiday locations, and now we have proof".
A special 'fore-skin scanner' has also been developed and will be searching for cheaters.
But of course the limitations that Mr. ThaidUp speaks of in his posts may limit you overall enjoyment.
The name of the program? 'Care to Cut?Cut to Care!' (which as you can see is both a question...and a statement.)

Well I am getting most depressed reading all this.I am going to Bangkok in November and this will be the last time I can go for a while.All I hope is everything is back to normal by then.
No sex in massage parlours?Gogo's getting raided and people being noted as sex tourists?what next?All hotels ordered not to let in any 'guests' so we can't take a girl to our rooms.
Of course there will always be P4P there but then it is not so safe if you can only get girls hanging around on streets etc because you have no come back if you want to complain or if something gets stolen and they are not required to get tested.
