Before they look for someone else to play James Bond I think they should pay more attention to script quality. A fortune is spent on 'special effects' and seemingly little on the script (true of a lot of films these days unfortunately, loads of action but what about the script? Take a look at 'League of Extraordinary Gentlemen' to get the idea)
'The Man with the Golden Gun' was set in Thailand so how about some Thai location shots for the next Bond film? As long as they have a decent script !

Young Tippawan should be congratulated on her impeccable English. Obviously the Tilac girls have improved a bit since I was last there.
It's inconceivable that anyone at the Sunday Sport could make up quotes this articulate, so the story must be true. I wonder how the Telegraph would have reported it, though:

By the way, should we really be discussing the next Bond, or the Bond after next? Remember George Lazenby and Timothy Dalton: all even-numbered Bonds are short-lived. And "Casino Royale" doesn't count.
