The ones I have met always seem a little slow mentally or emotionally unbalanced.
I don't like to be mean towards them because they are taught that if they are treated rudely that it is proof-positive that they are doing God's work.
As I get older and even more cranky I get fed up with the buggers knocking on my door and treating me as if I have never heard of the Bible.
