What does that say to normal thai who are up in front of a judge and get extremely long sentences for mostly minor offences. That they are poor so they get f***ed by the system but if your rich your alright. At least they could pretend the country is not as corrupt as it is but if he wiggles out of this its a discrace. If the thai are happy with that not my problem. What a country its allright for a few weeks holiday but I feel so sorry for those who have no way out.
Then let me guess the yellow and red shirts will be back to their old tricks again. If a sentence passed by a judge is meaningless then all sentences to all other criminals is also meaningless, open the gaol gates please we made a mistake you can all go home.
Thatsin and his cronies offer economic prosperity at a price similar to Singapore where Singaporeans are happy with the
living standard but pay a high cost in return. Collecting souls seems easy these days and the devil has many little helpers some of them living in excile in Dubai.

I wanted to make shirts for me and me mate Cheap charlie world tour 2011 Bangkok, Pattaya, hue hin and then go out and see the reactions.
Some Thai people are so predictable and so brainwashed my wife told me its impossible to open a bar called cheap charlie as thai dont like kin jow [ dont have a sense of humour you mean ]. Might give it a go but I have a bucket list this trip so lots of stuff to do especially the do part I will have no problem with that do her and do her bloody hell do her.
I really feel empathy for these people they are as poor as church mice and get crumbs thrown like 30 baht health care etc, etc and they love Thatsin for it. Who is crooked, above the law, murders people without trial and gets rich while doing it. Generally speaking if your born in thailand and your family is not rich your f***ed to start with but they are all programmed to obey.
I could go on for days but it saddens me how poor thai are decieved and mistreated and makes me glad I was not born there. Im so happy I took my son out of that country to grow up in europe at least I can communicate with him, with the misses its likened to talking to a robot. Thai do this and thai do that, thai like this and thai dont like that. She wont even beleive me that chillis came from south america its like talking to a brick wall the brain training comes in total obediance totally brain washed. Even they can break out of that nothing they can do with all the corruption unless your high up best not to make waves or get noticed as they come down on you like a ton of bricks.
Thailand = land of free 
Im glad it is none of my business and glad when I leave again.
Great for a holiday but not for anything else for me anyway [ sorry to deflate your dream Blonk ]
Maybe when my lad is grown and im not fixed to travel on school holidays we can meet up for a few cold ones and talk about thailand

Lets get one thing straight -
Its the Thai army that over throws democratically elected Goverments-
The "poor Thais "" have a right to democracy
Its better to have a birth defect - and live to struggle and grow and eventually have a normal life -
Then to be thrown in the toilet-
Democracy born of whatever cause or rationale is better than none-
My wife hates the red shirts yet her family are farmers-
The propaganda machine in her area near cambodia worked -
No matter how I try and explain "thais must learn the way of elections" she cant fathom it all-
The elitists in Bangkok will cease power again.....and again
Reforms are needed-
It was the Yellow shirts who took over the airport (something the reds would never have been allowed to do) who were paid to do so-
(at least the red shirts were isolated to city regions and not stopping flights)
This single act would be dealt with in any other country harshly-
It inconvienced hundreds of thousands of tourists - a sheer act of terrorism-
Then they throw out the Goverment of the day- stack the courts with judges and make decrees-
This time the people have spoken - in a strongly elected goverment-
Right or wrong in merit it is a better solution than a goverment placed in power by the army doing a monachy's bidding-
The bottom line is its none of our f***ing business - but the "real Corruption" goes way deeper when coups continue to form the face of Thai politics (NOT THE PEOPLE)
but the thais signed back in May and became a signatory for international responsiblity in governing-
One key point was accepting a party elected to power by the people-
If they breach the act this time
Internationally they will be seen as immature and certainly crooked in their infantile ways-
But as a betting man I would say If Thaksin returns or hell will break loose-
That aspect needs to be forgotten and the bridges mended
