Why? Very simple! Because the goverments budgetcuts make life in our prisons almost unbearable. Playstation 2 will be there for a long time yet.
Why Amnesty International is preoccupied with Guantanamo Bay is beyond me. They should look into the inhuman treatment OUR prisoners get.
Unless there are no upgrades, I will forget about a life of crime.
