Today's Post has an article in the business section about a possible reduction in the excise tax assessed on wine imports which could have a significant impact on the retail cost of wine.
Problem is that all of the wine that ends up in Bangkok outside high end hotels, restaurants and wine bars is shit and is usually stored in "less than ideal" conditions.
I know a few good dealers though...hope thoise parices come down and some better brands come in.
