Something happened between 21.00 and 23.00 in Soi Cowboy last night.. before 21.00 it was the usual raucous mixture of partial, total and non-nudity. When I went back later after 23.00 it was all very decorous: even the Midnite girls were bikini-ed up. There was some talk about police looking for drugs but it seemed more likely they were enforcing the no-nudity rule.
On another topic there was an interesting piece on BBC World Service TV last night about a MP owner who has founded an anti-corruption (!) party. Thety'll doubtless show it about 50 times.

Happened to be in Cowboy II at 22:30 or so, last night, only one of the dancers was dancing without underwear (wearing only the see-thru miniskirt) and then something said by one of the waitresses/mamasans made her run off the stage to the back and put on her knickers.
