I've been meaning to post this for the last couple of weeks, but keep forgetting......
The link between the Thai Tobacco Monopoly and Soi Nana Tai (Soi 4) is closed for approx 6 months. They are rebuilding the bridge so as a result the links from the Chalerm Mahanakorn Expessway and Rama IV Road are no longer an option.

That is siginificant as it will add 20 minutes to my trip from the Airport to the Landmark.

You can still exit via the Soi 10 bridge, but it does close 6pm sharp. That then puts you in a better position for the Landmark.
The other short cut back into Soi 4 is cutting through the new Majestic, or the other one ) I forget) into Soi 2, which allows you to pay the 20B to cross the Rajah Hotel Car park into Soi 4.
There is also a short cut from Soi 4 (south of NEP), through the back of the Landmark onto Sukhumvit. Good if you want to avoid NEP.
