Isn't this an annual event. Seems to me that there was an electrical fire that shut down much of Nana last year.
I have always considered the place a fire-trap and I generally keep to the bars at the entrance. If I need a go-go show I go to Cowboy instead...

Insurance scam by the Indian owners of the former Big Mango, because they never managed to re-lease the location, or did the electrical box behind the escalator finally go to Hell... ?

Absolutely right carousel for one via the toilets looks out onto suk, I always have 10 metres of rope on hand just in case.
