I don't see a mention of what time, but I did see "in broad daylight"
from the first I thought that it was at night time
if it was truly in broad daylight then I can see where the guy was shocked
when I first came to LOS the gal I was with insisted I fix the light bulb in her bathroom
I took one look at the shoddy construction of the lamp in there & all the water about & said "NO Thanks"
at the same time I wondered what would happen if I were electrocuted up there standing half on the sink & half on a chair to change the bulb
whether they would actually try & find my embassy or just throw my body into the nearest dumpster
