I am sure that this service would be available in most shops in the Sukumvhit area. I would ust go in a point to the area and ask if they can do it. I wouldbe nervous if tey used a straight razor. One thing to be careful about is cutting to close. Around the testicles I have had no problems with a cose shave, but around the penis it breaks out in a rash when shaved close.
