I doubt its either-
But were Daffy to take this place over it would be too Charlie Harpers brother for me and most other long timers-
I would rather have someone that actually likes girls in charge- not a smug anally retentive trog that thinks being like daffy duck is cool-
To be honest its an end of an era- I am sad to see BK getting out and hopes, well he doesnt.

Actually, it will be neither one of those two. There are two reasons for seeking investment.
a) Continuity
Right now, it's run by me. As much as I would like to keep running it, there may be circumstances that prevent that, i.e. death. I would like that continuity. I am not bailing out, I just want to get some guys to help run it, and continue running it, in case I am not around.
b) Expansion
Time to spread out to the other parts of this region. This is not really as important as the first reason, but it would be something interesting to do with the investment.

Edit: Actually, that still doesn't solve the continuity problem. The hosting payment cannot be dependent on one person.

I would hope, of course, that you stay on and that finances and personnel matters pan out the way you like. If you do move on, BK... well, I second DG's comment : end of an era.
