Well for one thing you keep spelling Pattaya wrong 
This is exactly the kind of thing I was looking for (in fact it has more detail than I expected). One key thing to keep in mind is that these plans should be flexible. I never hit 1/5 of the things on my list and I try new things that weren't on my list every time.
Other comments:
You put all the MPs under Ratchada... for some reason. Annies and Darling are on Sukhumvit. If you haven't been to Ratchada you should try checking out several places, e.g. Mirage, Poseidon just to get a look at them.
For PP you have "King's". It is under serious debate whether the King's group bars are better than others, but since you're making a list you might want to do a little more research and pick a handful of non-KG bars that are safe (and you can visit a KG bar as well to tell us how you think it compares).
I didn't see any ladyboy bars? Are those on a secret list?

The way he spelled Patayya may account for why some farangs call it "pa tie ya" rather than "pat a ya" (more or less??
Either that or he heard people pronouncing it like that and tried to make it look right in English..
I am not great on speaking pasathai, but some of the basic errors that are made just make me cringe.. "pa tie ya" is one of them .. the other is "bat" for "baaht" .. I mean how basic can you get and I know guys who have mispronounced this for years .. I don't correct guys on pronunciation as I figure they will get it eventually, but some of them never seem to.

You say "pa tie ya", I say "pat a ya". Let's call the whole thing off.
Well I think it's okay to use a non-native pronunciation for names and common items when speaking English (e.g. if you say "Paree" when referring to the capital of "Frahnce" I'll assume that pink is your favorite color). But there should be some standardization so we can all communicate clearly (e.g. I agree saying "bat" is just lame) and there is just no need for some of the off-beat pronunciations.

If you'll notice, I actually spelled it both Pattaya and Patayya on the list. Didn't catch the type and was mostly cut&paste job so it spread. I never actually heard it spoken.
One of the things I have done is take BK's maps, inverted the colors (black background just doesn't print well), combined them all onto one A4 piece of paper and printed myself a nice map so I can reach the places... Frankly, I'm thinking of skipping the Patpong area, it doesn't sound too savory, but I like to be prepared so I've listed some of the places that may be worth a visit there.
Right now i'm thinking a 20/10 or maybe a 23/7 split between Pattaya and Bangkok as I think I'll get more bang for my buck there and it's easier to reach the places as it's basically just two main streets with a few alleys.
My plan calls for a direct Airport -> Pattaya trip, which I'm not sure would be possible, depending on when my plane lands. Maybe I could offer a taxi driver a 1000 baht to take me directly from the airport. Sure, more expensive, but at least it's less hastle on my first day, good idea guys?
Oh, and lady bars isn't really my thing, but I'm sure you can find some if you'll look for them

I referenced the BKK maps you have on the site, I just inverted the colors so black becomes white and thus printable and then printed them.

You're aware that bangbus is faked... I find it a bit sick, but I'm sure you can rent a van in pattaya and take a bargirl for a spin, drop 5000 baht on her and she'll probably do anything you want.
Find one that can act nicely and you'll be set.

Blasphemy, I refuse to believe that bangbus is faked.
The point of the bahtbus (in my little fantasy world) is that you pick up good girls on the street and convince them to do nasty things. Picking up an established hooker would ruin it.
