I actually agree with Olhand (not sure if he will like that  )
I sincerely feel that I'm glad to learn about people that I might not necessarily want to hang around. I don't mean any of that in any perjorative way. I think experiencing different people is always a beneficial thing and those that are quite different from one's self might be especially important to gain some understanding of or familiarity with. (And no, I don't mean in a "Know your enemy" way either ).

I understand and share your concern to some degree. I posted almost the same thing a couple weeks ago. I hear you.
However, personally I think the crisis has just about passed and that some people are perhaps still upset and sensitive but needlessly so. Nonetheless, I agree that EVERYONE should perhaps ease off a bit and consider their actions and attitudes -- I am doing that.
At the end of the day though, there's no way we can all get along perfectly. We should try to the extent possible.
Oh, and sincere thanks for your opening comment.
