Well, Vega Travel could be using Asianet, but they could have set up their proxy differently, perhaps as described by cyberbkk, and hence circumventing that problem. Did you check that?
Unless you have Windoze 98 and XP together in the same store with the same internet access, it is hard to say, which one has the problem. Well, I have no problems with Windows XP at home, and I am defintely not using Asianet. 
Calzoid's IP is from Asianet as suspected.

I'm Using Windows XP, on True Broadband and I cannot access my inbox at all, i'm also getting into other peoples mailboxes by mistake, and this is my personal computer ?!?!?
It's been like this for about a week now.
