Instead of banning members outright, why not put them on a
"read only basis"? Does the software have such a feature?

I was thinking of "a real only basis" as more of a suspension of a privilege as punishment for those who can't seem to stop themselves from thread f***ing and/or stalking other members with their infantile flaming.

"Real only basis": As punishment they can only read real posts. Would make for a much smaller forum!
