Storage in e-mail is probably the best,,, crop and cut and de-meg your pics to keep storage size down.
Another alternative is to back up onto a spare SD card and keep that seperate.
AHHHHHH better Idea,, send me a copy and I'll store them for you,, promise not to look ( not ).

For SIM address book backup, an item like this would work fine:

Or if you have AIS (i.e. 1-2-call), you can go into the AIS office at Suk Soi 23 and they will store your address book in their system (can be restored if you need a replacement SIM card) and they can also give you a printout of your entire address book.

Yeah, but as implied some girls get a little nervous whipping out their ID card on the first date... Some don't, but some do... Not because they may be too young, but because they may not want you to see how old they are... Others are a little shy of their first name, believe it or not, maybe it's old fashioned sounding to them, and also it can occasionally be a bit personal to provide that suddenly to a man.
PS I mean you have to admit, if a girl you just met wanted to scan your passport, wouldn't you be tempted to say No thanks...

I have been doing this for years....but I would highly recommend that you use an encryption routine for the sensitive data (something like PGP) before you store online. It is easy to use, safe and secure.
I can't tell you how many times I have walked into a local inet cafe, sat down at a station only to find someone had not logged out of the account. I usually send them a sarcastic message (from their account) letting them know they better be more careful next time.
Anyway, I digress....you can usually sync your local email address (outlook for example) to the web-based mail systems too. so if you are putting things on a local machine, sync it up to your gmail or yahoo for a backup

I had the same problem seajohn has. Was disguising names with business acronyms, lol. On occasion, my TGF would use my phone and, of course, never failed to scroll through the directory. "What this, honeyja?" "Oh, that's from business, you know, I meet them last month, kinda boring..."
But at some point, it gets confusing, and that can be a little embarrassing. Fortunately my regulars know not to call me.

One member I know had an interesting way of categorizing his girls. He would append a code to the name, say "XD" where "X" was the code for the club, and "D" was for dancer. And he would set the girls in a special group and assigned a silent sound to that group in case they called. Of course, he wanted to hear the calls from a specific girl, then he would assign her to the normal group.
