I was at Baccara's a few times last week on my visit to Bangkok. Yes, most of the dancers there dance like they're really tired/bored and don't put much motion into it. Even the farangs and Japanese guys downstairs seemed to get bored just watching them. Nice glass ceiling though were they could see the girls dancing upstairs. The hostess took me upstairs since I kept looking up there.
Upstairs, there were the girls dancing in schoolgirl outfits, some of them were real cute. One girl (not super cute, but had nice hair) among them was the only one who was really into it and appeared to be having fun. Some of them did look somewhat young. I asked the hostess if they are all of age, and she said they were all at least 20. The hostess herself seemed to have personality and spunk and seemed to speak decent enough english, and was in her 20's, though she did not have a very cute face or voice and was a smidge plump. She said she did not have enough seniority to get taken out anyways.
I bought the hostess a drink and was watching the dancing upstairs for a while. About 5-6 girls up there, and also one or two normal plump farangs watching. The bartender girl was pretty cute as well. As the night progressed, the girls unbuttoned their tops. The one girl who appeared to be having fun started getting mischievous and doing things to the other girls, like accidentally pulling down the other girls' skirts, grabbing them, or touching them. She appeared to be having quite a lot of fun, while the other girls appeared shocked and then went back to their normal bored routines.
I had a suspicion that that "class clown" girl might be a ladyboy and asked the hostess, and she said that none of them were ladyboys. (Later on I found out for sure that she is 100% girl)
After they changed dancer shifts, I got the mischievious girl to sit with me and bought her a drink. Up close she looked somewhat different than she looked on stage - almost like she was part Indian (but light) or something, but she said she is Thai. She's from a family of 10 siblings who were born in and live in Bangkok. I guess it is a diverse country.
I barfined her and took her out for the night - and on the way out it almost appeared that the other girls were cheering her, almost applauding like "she finally got one!", or even "one of us finally got one", I couldn't tell, but they were happy for her. I barfined her again the next next night as well, and would have taken her a third time except that she didn't show up for work the day after. She was there on a Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night, though missing on Sunday night.
She said that on most nights she has to work from around 7/8 pm to 2am and admitted that it was very tiring and that it did get boring dancing and talking to customers for so long. During the day she goes to school to learn English. Her ID card showed her to be 26 years old (I think that's what 2517 in the Thai calendar year translates to) despite her looking younger. From what I could understand of her broken English, she told me that there is somekind of struggle or powerplay between the girls working at Baccarat. Something about the seniority, as well as having to back up other girls up when they need a friend to help when a customer wants a two-some. She said she's afraid she might get kicked out due to her lack of seniority and refusal to go along with another girl who needed someone for a two-some.
To protect her privacy, I won't reveal her name or id#, but you can probably tell who she is by the way she dances much more passionately than the other girls there. Please help her out and get her a lady drink or barfine and take good care of her. She's worth it.
She gives a good girlfriend experience, and will do other things like go out as well if you invite her to. However she won't eat anything out of fear of getting fat. We even went to a Thai karaoke/dinner together and she taught me to sing a thai song together with her. She is pretty gentle when not on the dancefloor, and is a wonderful kisser. She seems to be a TV addict though - pretty much the first thing she did when coming to my hotel room each time was to say "color TV!" turn on the TV and start watching, telling me to first take a shower. Surprisingly, we watched the first Harry Potter movie together on the TV (neither of us had seen it before), but somehow that really turned her on.
She's not clingy afterwards either like some other BGs who try to stick with you night and day, but she did question me a bit on the 3rd night when I didn't come back the second night when I told her I might (actually I accidentally overslept that night and didn't wake up until the next morning because of the previous very long night with her).
Anyway, as for the Baccara, I enjoyed that bar because it did not have many other guys around, and also because they were a bit more laid back inside and let me just take my time to look, lounge, and drink my coffee (I don't drink alcohol) without getting rushed, swarmed, or pressured like in many of the other bars. Plus I like the BGs dancing in the schoolgirl outfits.
