Went to Soi 7 Beer garden not long ago with an out-of- town guest, at his suggestion. Saw a surprising number of fairly tasty young things. One in particular caught my eye (don't think it was Ms. Sao).
Being the host, I politely waited for the guy to comment or show some interest in the offerings and we talked about business as I waited. Yak, yak,yak: Finally the hour getting late I decide to get home and didn't think it was appropriate to grab a girl if he didn't. We leave together and on the way out he comments that he's got nothing against Asian women but they just don't attract him! Just my luck I went with one of the only falangs in Thailand who isn't into Thai girls.

Well if he did go out of his way to say "nothing against asian women" then my vote is that he is gay. If he weren't he would just say that he's not into asians.
Actually, I bet that he really doesn't have a preference for asians and probably doesn't have an overcharged libido like most of us here. If a really hot thai girl had come along and rubbed his leg he would have succumbed immediately.
MrJoe, you were not a very good host! You need to find your guest's comfort zone and push him up to the limits; while gauging his reaction so that you don't seem like too much of a perv, relatively speaking. This married guy will probably be cursing you in the years to come for letting him pass up this opportunity.

I can think of 3 reasons like others
1 he is gay and he is not ready to come out from closet
2 Shy and didn't want Mr. Joe to think he is cheating on his wife
3 He was waiting for Mr.Joe to make first move on the girls.
I have not come accross one single man who said he is not interested in asian pussy
