I didn't know the lady.
I know a few Khun Ae's in the Bangkok night-life scene, and one that pops in and out of it when the level of cash drops low enough from her street stall, two of them with pierced tongues, neither of whom worked at any time at Hilary 2 and were employed elsewhere at the time you refer to.
"Cute and sexy" doesn't give us much to go on and the tongue piercing may only be relevant to those members who may have asked her to open her mouth wide enough ( to see).
Maybe you could expound in detail what you know of the lady.
Height, weight, preferences of dress, build, length of hair, hair colour (?), complexion, amount of make-up if any where her family home is, sexual preferences, if that isn't too personal a detail, etc.
Lacking any or all of these, your best bet would be to begin to make yourself known first at Hilary 2 over a few nights and then, after some time when they get to know you a little, start asking if they know where she went to. Girls sometims are very protective of a girl's whereabouts dependig on the circumstances of her leaving. Some girls leave a place simply to avoid further contact with one or two objectionable prats and the other girls know it ( not that this is relevant in your case - I hope.)
She may have only gone on holiday after the Christmas / New Year break and intends to return to Hilary 2.
It might be worth your while to also make enquires at the other two Hilary bars. She may have just moved within the company group.
Other than that, depending on the fervour of your desire, the only other thing left open to you is to embark on the time-consuming adventure of searching through the entire P4P scene in Thailand in an effort to contact her again. I can asure you that it is a labourious task and will take years, but it has it's compensatory moments in rushes of extreme pleasure.
On the other hand......
She may have left the industry.

I remember once meeting a very nice your lady, fresh from the fields, just outside Nana as I was going home alone one night. Simply glorious. She didn't have a mobile phone. The next day I gave her my phone number. I asked her to return to my place that evening. and showed her my address on my mobile phone in Thai. She was from Laos and could not read the Thai or English. She never phoned.

I know there are plenty of Khun Ae's out there but there was only one in Hilary 2. And this one was a nutter. She would get drunk and roll all over the place...nearly every night. She would wear tiny little shorts or skirts most days. She worked the day shift but would in invariably get drunk and stay on. She was pretty popular and was BF a lot. The only reason I want to find here coz she has something of mine I want back. The girls at Hilary 2 are all playing dumb. I know it's a long shot.
