I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee or Jeep Cherokee grey / black parked outside my house near a Short time hotel in Sathorn area now for 6 hours. We asked them what they where doing they said waiting for a truck to move there stuff, hehe in a Thai area? And with Com Radio in the car I do not think so. Private Eye II is that you ? 3 people in the car 1 women 1 man one thai guy look like a police or something running back and forward to the short time hotel. If you want some cold Lemonade ring the door bell

Write down the rego details and phone the Police Stn at Lumpini with the following, " There is a car (supply car & occupants details) and as I walked past I could see a rifle and handgun and a large amount of white powder on the back seat and they are putting it into small clear plastic bags, also a lot of cash they are counting, (emphasis the lge amount of cash repeatedly) ".

Hi guys it certainly was not a TPE team...
When we conduct a Covert Surveillance Operation you won’t even knew we are there. That's why it's called covert...
I know a Thai mob that uses a similar vehicle to the one you describe... “Jeep Grand Cherokee or Jeep Cherokee grey / black”… f***ing amateurs! I could run the plate by for what...
No professional PI uses a black FWD vehicle! They must have seen too many American movies. 
Why did they stay there for 6 hours straight? That's a big nono . in this game!
 Tips on surveillance guys:
(a) Set up a remote controlled video camera/ recorder and monitor the scene from a second vehicle in a secure location.
(b) Rotate the vehicles every 3-4 hours to retrieve the recorded footage and to conduct an equipment check, etc...
(c) Never ever sit there in a static vehicle for more than 30 mins...
Especially in this heat. And for f***s sake not in a black vehicle 
(d) Don't take women with you on a static vehicle surveillance in case you have to piss (or worse) into a bottle or a bag!
If you must use a vehicle for an extended period then plan ahead.
Check your diet the day before. Reduce the salt intake, no spicy foods and certainly no Draft Guinness! There is nothing worse than a smelly fart in a hot car. 
Drink plenty of still water the day before and during the whole operation, No coke or Pepsi or any carbonated drinks. If you must eat then eat fruit with skins on the ones where you can eat the skins such as Apples and or Pears, Energy bars and maybe some boiled sweets to suck, mints are ok, but Fisherman’s friends always good to give you brain a jolt.
That's probably why the Thai guy kept jumping out to go to the hotel, probably to take a shit...
It's just common sense really.
The idea is to blend in with the surroundings... One car we do use though is bright Yellow/Green Toyota!
The other one is a…… ! Sorry can’t tell you or I’ll have to kill you…
So next time you see a Yellow and Green Toyota with a Thai driver and a Farang in the back with a TG it’s me!

....and even then sit in the passenger seat and act like you are waiting for the driver.
I guess walking the dog, going for a jog and being the meter reader don't work so well as observation methods in LOS as they might in farangland.
Tell me TPEII when the compressor motor on an old model refrigerator cuts in late at night does it still make a sound, over the listening device, that is identical to a shot-gun being cocked? Ah memories. Enjoy.
