During my last recemt trip I spent a few days and eves with an old TGF from Soi22, after a couple of days I wanted to move on so explained to her and payed some Baht as agread
Then she just says "You leave I ring police", I ask what for? and she says "I make trouble for you, you not come Thailand ever again" I allready had a few drinks and just told her to ring them, what could she do to me. She is as tall as me and I have a broken leg so its not like she could called rape etc.
However this did happen to a friend off mine in Soi22 who's ex girl friend did go to the police and he ended up in jail for a couple of weeks and cost him a few hundred thousand baht and is no longer welcome in thailand. not by the police. or customs but by the girls friends that have told him they will cause trouble for him if he came back.
I confronted my ex gf and just told her to do her best to show I was not bothered, but I was as I love the place and the last thing I want is to get in trouble with the police etc.
Any one else had any experience / thoughts on this, as this could be the ultimate TG weapon, or would the police just laugh it off.

well dotcom I helped a couple of farang with Translations and law firms were there ex punch them self or made something up. If they go to the police they can actully arrest you take your fingerprints "not good" and wait to you pay bail. Sure you will be free after bail but your fingerprints will be in there for a long time. Standard price to get them out from there 100 000 THB. The best way I think is to sneak out tell her everyting is ok and then leave when she is out or something. any girls are screamers as well they dont do anything of what they say I guess this one sound like one.

She was (is) pisssed with me because she wanted to stay with me longer, I would not have been bothered really except from what happened to this friend off mine he had a really bad time and literaly had to cut a deal to get out of the country.
At the time she said this crap, she started throwing plates, and glasses in a restaurant we were in, she really meant to cause me a problem I know that
I know she could not have made anythink stick, but who really needs the hassel I know I bloddy did not, so I just quit town for a few days and came back and stayed else were.
Trust me this sh*t happens some times, and the more girls that work this one out the more problems we all have later.

Reading the first post has got me a bit puzzled. Please explain how your friend got ripped off in Soi 22 and the girls would make trouble for him if he returns. Be specific.
Thailand is a big place and they would not be at the borders waiting for him to enter LOS.
Your information may help us all.

My friend in soi22 was seeing a girl in soi22, they finished she went to island with falang boyfriend, when they run out off money she went to local police and accused my friend off raping her.
He got arrested, spent 2 weeks in jail cost him several hundred thousand baht to get out and told to leave country.
Yes he can physically come back to LOS but he has been warned by the girls family etc that they will just make more trouble for him.
My XTGF knows my friend and his x so I guess thats were she came up with the threat.

That scares the sh*t out of me. I certainly have had thoughts of this happening to me. My TGF has friends whose Thai husbands and brothers have policemen friends.
I would like to spend time with my TGF on my next visit because she can show me things, cook for me, and take me places most visitors would never see or do. I really enjoy her company, but I want to do other things without her. If I meet up with her, I'm pretty much going to guareentee myself no freedom. This is a girl who wants to be near me every freaking second. On my last visit (when I met her), I couldn't even go out to the balcony "alone" to talk with my friend who was in the room next door. She's has even called the airlines to make sure I'm coming when I said I'm coming.
I might have to give her up now in fear that she would go a bit crazy on me if I were to pull away from her while I'm there. That's where I fear the whole "I make trouble for you" scenario.
