Okay guys, bring it on. How much did you tip the girls?
Do mention, whether it's in an MP or a bar, and the circumstances. I have been accussed of over tipping at times. Nobody seems to make a fuss when I don't tip.  (I am referring to my friends, not the girls of course)
Here is my list.
MP, normally 500B~1,000B, when I get more than 1 shot. Sometimes, I just don't bother with it. There was once, I tipped a girl 2,000B with a condition that I paid it with my credit card.
At restaurants, 20 B is the norm.
At bars, 20~100B depending on my mood. If I have spent hundreds on lady drinks, then I don't even bother with the tip.
What's your story?

waitress 15B-20B
MP - 200-300B

Hi BK,
Depends on how much I've got in my pocket, location and whether if I like the girl.
If I have more then enough:
Gogo bars: 500-2000
MPs: 500-1000
G Clubs: 3000-10,000 (the worst was 40k before I knew about your forum)
If not enough:
Gogo bars: 200
MPs: 200-500
G clubs: 500-1000

Bellman - 200 baht
Restaurants - usually 20% no matter where I go
Bars - 100 Baht
ST & LT BGs - Usually only 200 Baht for taxi. Sometimes 500 if I really enjoyed their company.
MPs - 200 - 300 Baht

i went in intending to get extra but when I saw the girl I picked changed my mind real quick......lol.
she looked nothing like her picture.
i settled on 300.
i give my 600 for hj and 400 just massage, for reference.

BK - Did you really pay with a CC? You kinda gotta trust the girl not to "abuse" your CC information.
As for tips:
Taxi: The extra bt change;
MP/TTM (no extras) : 100bt for 1 1/2 hours;
Dinner: I usually let my TGF decide, which means 0 to 100bt depending on how they treated her;
Bellman: 50bt;
Bar: Assuming I'm there for a while (several hours), I will almost always hand (which means they can keep it for themselves - they call it a "hand tip" ) the bartender (the actual one making my drinks) 50bt to 100bt. If I like the cashier, I'll also hand her 50bt. I'll also leave 20bt on the tray (which tends to be divided up) ;
And I tip whoever my TGF tells me to when I am out with her (Its cheap enough and I remind her that that's money that she will never see).

I have no problem with that. Actually, I had to follow her to the cashier anyway, and they swipe the card for whatever amount I want to give her. This was the time, when I had a girlfriend, and she said, I couldn't spend more than 2,000 B at the MP, but I had chosen this sideline girl which cost more than 3,200 B! So, I had to cover my tracks.  I needed a 2,000 B bill to show, in case she asked. Anyway, it's bliss being single again.

I would just give 100B or 200B.
Ah, I should add, that I gave a 2nd hand mobile phone (3,000B) to this Estonian girl as a tip.

Massage parlour ( no extras ) 100 - 200 baht
Massage parlour ( extras ) agreed tip but if she has been really good or if I think that I'll have her again between 500 and rarely 1000 baht.
Maids, guards, delivery staff etc... between 20 and 40 baht.
Freelancers, go-go dancers and service personel, agreed price ( on top of the bar-fine which they don't get ) and then, depending on performance and attitude etc between 300 and 1000 baht.
Taxis : usually nothing but if exceptional ( driving and locating ) between 20 and 40 baht.
Bars : For company in the bar and being served between 100 and 200 baht........unless I am thinking I will return to pursue alternative possibilities at a future date maybe between 300 and 500 baht.
Star of Light : between 500 and 1000 baht - worth every baht for quality and skill, attitude, enthusiasm, peformance and fun.
Me : the remaining few coins left in my pocket for taxi fare, my empty wallet and a knock on the head for always spending too much for my pleasure.
Always leave my bank cards at home, as I don't trust my loins.

But then, I'm not young.
So I face the fact that most Thai ladies that I am attracted to would not freely entertain an aging falang.
And what they do give me, they give because they are working for it, however good the illusion they create.
Last month I thought I had found one who didn't want money at all after an eight hour marathon in one of those drive-in hotels with the curtains to hide the number plates. Two days later I got a call to enquiry whether or not I could lend her three thousand baht for a short while ( ?).
Illusion shattered !

Historically, it has been:
- Soapy MP: min 300, max 600
- Oil MP (full service) : I give the going rate for that venue, nothing more, nothing less
- Manicure, pedicure, haircut: 20-30 baht
- Hotel maid: usually 20 baht on the bed each day (although they STILL don't get all the long hairs out of my bathroom!), and a note in Thai to give me an extra towel
- Service staff in bars: 0-10-20 baht left on the tray (many times this doesn't go to staff anyway), sometimes I tip a server 20-40 baht directly on the way out
- Restaurants: 0 left on the tray, I tip the server directly on the way out.
- Girls in bars: If they sit with me awhile and not pressure for lots of drinks, and I think that someday there is a chance that I might be screwing them, I give them 100 baht as I am leaving, so they remember me. When I return (days/weeks/months later), I usually play a game and tell them I will give them 40 baht if they remember my name (about 50% remember it)
- Girls I screw, I do not give them "extra" when they leave, I just give them what we agreed on, or if we did not discuss, I give them what I think the going rate is for them. ALWAYS put it in their bag and the first time, I always let them see me do it.
