Thanks guys, but I tried ThaiVisa's teaching area and got badly mauled. When I looked at Ajarn's member list I saw a the same user names so keep to lurker mode on both. Thought I'd try a more social approach through this forum. [shrug]

Tyfon- Don't let the experience so far get you down, or dissuade you. No one professional sector is immune from ignorance. The Thaivisa and Ajarn forums are rife with ignorant posters and, sadly, they are often the most prolific.
You have a niche. Exploit your niche as the commodity in a foreign market it is....
If you monitor the Ajarn.com job listings regularly you will eventually see a position your niche caters to. But you may also benefit from a proactive approach as opposed to the reactive/passive mode. For that you must put on your thinking cap and cultivate sources of your own, sources unknown to the wankers of Ajarn and Thaivisa forums.
