I saw he died of a liver failure... that's why I 'cheered' him up... Quite a number of my Bangkok aquintances died in their 40s... most of them due to alcohol problems.

first, cheating on his wife.....well I think many bro's here are guilty of that and seajohn made a wonderful post touching upon that under My first FR....leaving them to their own devices..well if he abandoned them then he will get his in hell or the next life..
second, as cal pointed out "let sleeping dogs lay"....dude, I dont know this guy from Adam but any derragatory (sp?) comments made about him wont be heard by his ears....and if he happen to has any friends on the forum here..they wouldnt want to read stuff like that...
Third...and most aprapo (sp?) to me is that my liver count is extremely high...and I am in my mid 30's...learning of this is a major wake up call to me.....

Amen. UKGuy84 was a jerk for much longer before he encountered his own mortality. Why should someone suddenly get all phony and loving just because he died? He was a jerk. He's dead. Next.
The only good that can come, maybe, out of this event is that some people may make the connection between excessive drinking, obesity, liver disease... and death.

those of us with supposed "no class" at least have our own priorities straight
and here's to willie's last post, a good one actually
this reminds me a lot of the way I supported Krypto occasionally and was hounded by the others for it
and Daffy is right on the point that some might need a wakeup call about the connection to their drinking and their increasingly early rest to the grave
I've seen guys go the through the gamut having first gout, then becoming an amputee, and eventually dying, because they couldn't put down the glass
this is my last post on this subject
and I could give a hoot what my fab fake friend cal thinks

Cor, some of the posts here are borderline callous, it just shows true colours of some people. To most of us, UKGuy84 was just an online persona whom only handful members have met in person. I mean to spout such bile after his death, on someone who you don’t even know how he looked like (or met only once) ; it says more about you lot than him, when he posted all those inane comments.

I'm not sure whom you referring to but I for one only drink socially. Perhaps it's yourself you're thinking about both in terms being on the beer and ready to kick the bucket.
