If she is small enuf, her feet should not reach your face.
One thing to try is to twist a thick rope on a beam sit, sit under the beam and let the girl sit on you hanging on the rope. The rope will untwist and she will turn with the rope, if you apply enuf KY and get her to cross her legs, this should work right.

Hotel ceiling wouldn't be strong enough or high enough.
