Here's an update on my progress. Since I suffered my stroke last 04DEC08, I've made some good progress, I now can walk "almost normal" with a cane and have 90%of my left arm back. MY only major issue is I have what is called "Frozen Shoulder"..look it up. I start a month of excessive/painfull rehab theraphy this coming Monday and if I don't see dramatic improvement in the mobility and the loos of pain, I may have to go under the knife in May. This really sucks because I was trying to get back to BKK for my girls B-Day...lol OH well, wish me luck in the upcoming month and hopefully I will not need to have surgery to fix my left shoulder.
Once again, thanks for any prayers sent my way..much appreciated and needed!!!

Dont worry about the thai girls, they aint going nowhere...this is about you my man....
Godspeed in your recovery, I had a major car accident when I was 16 and had to learn how to use the left side of my body, leg and arm, and missed almost an entire year of high school due to the crash...
I still have the 2 inch scar on my left cheek and a nice one on my forehead....but after 21 years, it is kinda sexy...so I am told 
Fortunatly, I still have a healthy head of hair to cover the baseball stiches on my head lol!
now, at 37, I still have less than normal use of my left arm and my shoulder kills the day after I lift weights or move stuff...but I am guessing that is fine by you...as it was me.....
It sucks major man, but dude what is the alternative?
go everday, and give it like you were a pro athelete trying to get back in the game...I am serious, just give it your all in therapy...I was there, even though I was 16, and just go in there and kick ass man, I mean everyday!
This is all about you and just go and do it...you can bro!!!!
If you ever make it up to the atl a kick ass steak dinner is on me.....

One more thing, those therapists that heal you....will be in your mind and heart forever...trust me!!!!!!
