I haven't been around as long as some of the others but personally I've only seen Krypto wipe out people who had it coming - he also sticks up for the "common man" which is a good thing. He may not be PC at times but that's what I like about him...

This just proves that it is better to come in laying low, playing nice guy and then over time become a jerk that everyone likes. As opposed to doing it the other way, coming like a pompous arrogant jerk who later repents.
Both work in the long run, but Krypto's approach works better. And who knows? Krypto may even be really worse than those other guys he dislikes, but who came in here with the wrong foot forward.
