I would not get the vaccine except if there was a follow up test which would determine whether I had 100% immunity or not. (I presume the 85% figure means 15% of people are shit out of luck, rather than it works on every individual 85% of the time.)
I'd still use a condom because some people still f*** sheep. You know who you are.

Vikingblood: tests and clinical trials are going on for quite some years already and there are at least 6 more vaccine types in the pipeline; it will take about 6 years until an efficient vaccine will be produced in large quantities and be available for the general public. 85% efficiency means that out of a 100 people only 85% will develop full immunity.

I hope that this vaccine is brought to the market place soon. Not because people can then go bareback, but then some 3rd world countries like Africa could lower the rate of infection.
Anyways, I would still use a condom 100% of the time, even if I was vaccinated.

I' d go for the vaccine, but it would have to be a lot better than 85% to get me to dispense with the johnnies !!
Let's face it, condoms have been around for a lot longer than HIV/AIDS, so obviously there are plenty of other reasons for using them.... 
That said, it's a damn good start.
