a) Please spell my name correctly next time even if I am excluded.
b) Why am I excluded anyway?
c) Who gives you the right exclude me or anyone else for that matter. This is a public forum and I asked a public question in accordance with the forum rules.
d) If you have a beef then so what! It is your problem. If you can't afford to pay the going price then get a second job or move.
Me I give the girls whatever I think they deserve based upon my own budget. I don't stick to the norm.. In fact I love it when a BG asks for 2,000 Bat and I say NO! The confused and dissapopinted look on their faces soon turns to pure joy and happyness when I tell them I will give you 3 or 4,000. Plus the service I get from the girls is well worth it... I make them happy they make me happy...
I am not a rich man but I like to have a good time, and I like those around me to also have a good time.
To me it is very degrading to the girl girl to keep bartering for her services.
She is not a "T" Shirt on Sukhumvit, she is a person...
If that is being over generouse and ruining the scene, then fine, I dont give a sh_t! At least I will have made lots of friends  in the right places.. Who need cheap charlies as friends.. Not me! 
e) Who really cares about Brisbane. I am never going there anyway...

Problem is how to get that second job. Unless the economy is booming, companies try avoiding having to hire morons. That second job may be hard to come. And when and if it comes, remember that salaries for morons tend to be low.
The job market is another good example where we see the selective evolution described by Darwin and Dawkins at work. Thanks God for evolution!

P.S. I actually do enjoy going to pattaya lately and driving up the prices there! the quality of the girls has gone up a little in pattaya, so nowadays I do enjoy myself spending obscene amounts in the top gogo's like supergirl, -baby, dollhouse and living doll show case buying out the showdancers at amounts other punters get their jaws dropping!
