Zoid- Suffice it to say you've now joined the ranks of the "injured on the job farang holidayer".
Glad it was only an eardrum, not a drugged-woke up in the bathtub with one kidney missing, or a moto-bike road rashing, or a ladyboy broken rib thing, or a "I went to the gambling den, and three days later I'm broke", or "what do you mean they're just glass not saphires and rubies", or my personal favorite, "When I woke up my passport and credit cards we're gone, and I spent the next three weeks in Embassy hell, just to get out of the country".
