I really don't think a list is necessary - in fact, the very lack of a list should be a bigger challenge (to some, at least) to maintain a proper diction.
All things considered, though, it's disheartening that some people seem capable of no other form of expression than derogatory remarks of the most base nature - and when confronted with being banned, suddenly switch to pleading.
Quite unfortunate, on a maturity level.
Of course, if you added 'hypocritical' to the list of criteria, who to ban would be far more obvious - not that it isn't right now.

Just look at UKMod. What does he says of any intelligent substance? All he does is utter big and long words (and for some reasons likes to add lots of "u" in some invented words).
