Well I won't be getting there until 18th Oct (I think I've settled on 2 nights in BKK). It'd be great to have a beer and a chat with you guys at a mini RT if possible.
I agree with what you say too. I've done it all wrong in the past. It's always been a good trip overall but the long term TG hassle gets to be a bit of a pain after 3 days upwards! It's kinda nice to be with a familiar girl though. But hey, I'm learning, slowly but surely. The problem is I'm too much of a nice guy. But after attempts at being turned into an ATM on my last trip I'm getting a harder edge!
For anyone that's interested itinerary currently is shaping up like this:
16-17Oct BKK - Majestic Suites
18-24Oct Pattaya - Flipper Lodge
25Oct BKK Majestic Suites
26Oct Fly home again (dammit!)
This is subject to change as I work my way through more and more threads here
