There is another option to relieve the blues. Instead of moving to BKK and finding a job, widen your scope to include all SEA. I'm currently in hong kong, only two hours from LOS. made four trips this year because of the cheap tickets available. last trip i brought my TGF back with me. she's leaving next week, i'm already planning my next trip. I gave up on living in England or the US years ago, I found the depression too much to bear... at the time it was for the Philippines, and I don't miss the Philippines one iota after finding Thailand.
