well 4000 a month sounds pretty steep..
and I dont really have any specialty, im an airplane mechanic,but I dont want to be one so im up for any job and I got free college so my plan is to stay in the military long enough to get my degree in whatever I want to do,but im cluless about what I want to do..but one thing is for sure......I want to pick a carrer that will enable me to work in thailand with a very comfortable budget....any suggestions?

airpuka, talk to your current employer the US Airforce about future employment/deployment to Thailand. Maybe you can start at the top, say like George Bush. Maybe you could suggest he start a war, like maybe in Vietnam. He could then reopen those old airbases from the previous war....now this is where you cum (come) into play. Got a friend going to school in Hua Hin. The government is paying him 800USD a month and he teaches English on the side. I think he brings in around 1500USD per month maybe a little more. If you have benefits coming maybe you could do something similiar.
He pays about 5,000 per month for a house right on the beach. I forget the name of the colledge but I think it starts with an M. You could probably do a search and find it. I think it based out of Chicago. I'll email him and see if I can get the name.
