On the other hand, the no. 1 killer of people in the US is retirement.
I have another 25 to 30 years to go before I "should" retire. But, then again, I plan to have my own biz in 10 years and ideally would never want to retire till I drop dead.
Then on yet another hand, I bet you will be busy with golf, the girls and the daily new experiences Thailand brings.
f_ck my concept of never retiring. I'll just marry an old Japanese broad and kill her and take her money for an early retirement.  I envy you Chucky baby.
Live it up and I will live through you vicariously (spelling?).

Glad to hear that you are finally getting out of "Sand Land" and getting back to Thailand permanently.
Since your home is on the way to one of my new favorite bars in Pattaya, I will be dropping by from time to time. I will PM you my new mobile number.
I have bought a house within walking distance of a driving range. My Golf game should improve by this time next year. The house wont be finished until March or April. I will have a house warming party that you will surely be invited to attend if you so desire.
