Playboy are born not made so any guy that qualify in Europe or the US would still remain as such in Bangkok, main difference is the quality of girls you can get bar none.

So all of the thousands of western women that moan about fat, ugly, baldin' western blokes gettin' off with good lookin' Thai women are all makin' it up, some sorta conspiracy perhaps?
Personally I don't have a problem with what these silly western women say, do or think but I reckon "you" see the P4P scene here a lot differently from me.

Could you clarify, preferably by spelling out, in some approximation of the Thai characters, the third word in the following phrase?:

Looks an awful lot like you’re trying for, and fairly widely missing, the way one might express in Thai the following: “kids (girls) are quite clever” -- the “dTung” representing your attempt at “teung”: “arriving at,” or “reaching”, as in “the extent to which.”
Or perhaps you’re groping for the word for “pull” -- as in “pull it out”: “duhng ork”. (sounds like “dune”, as in “sand dune”, with an “ng” ending.)
If you think there’s a Thai word that looks anything like “dTung” that means either “bleeds” or “drains”, please enlighten us.

Jow in my spelling is like Cow, if I meant OW sound as in Row your boat, I would have used Roe, as in Toe

yes, the Thai word is SadTahng, but the slang they use has a U sound lke your Rawung above, and Rawung (careful) does NOT use the same sound as SadTahng
It's similar to the slangish term for ice, NumKaang, it is actually spelled with the long ahh sound Nahm Kaang, since it is actually a compound word of Water Hard, but the term used in everyday lingo is NumKaang (Num with UM like dUMb) 
Another similarity is the spoken word Yip-Et, meaning YeeSip-Et (21).
matter of fact SaWahng and Rawung do not have the same sound either, and I would take your Sa-waang (if I didn't know better) to read as sa-WANG, as in "look at my huge farahng-oversized WANG", which we know actually is just short for WANKer
and all the phrase means is a gal who knows how to drain your wallet
