Thanks BKKrunner for the demo... the software seemed quite well rounded. Went to buy a couple of CDs about the premium version in Fortune tower and will check how we can use it. There was no mention about one or multi user though... hope it works... at least the teaching CDs should give a deeper understanding of the whole program...

An assistant has been going through the Premier Version on and off this week and she seems to find it quite workable. Yet she's no more a computer geek than myself and hasn't found the way to edit the Invoice template and write it in french, which we definetely need to do.
Any idea how to proceed??
Seems there is a french version of Quickbooks but more basic than the Premier one, hence we'd rather stick to that one.

Edit in: at last took 10mns to surf the net myself and found very helpful discussion forums on the topic... WTF what she looking for ?!?
Now for some reason while the two other computers seem to accept the copy bought in BKK, my laptop doesn't want,any idea why, and a remedy??
