Well I organised Yurune's farewell party at Midnight, a few parties at the No Hands place, Baccara and I along with FarangBha did the BangBus event.
After the Bangbus event I swore off organizing any more events as the problem is not getting girls, places or set-ups, but getting guys.
I remember getting a large amount of people for the Bang Bus, but then the numbers dwindled to about 5 guys.
Mokewan if I remember right you confirmed the night before then cancelled 2 hours before the meeting time.
Yeah shit happens, but with guys here it tends to happen a lot, so hence my retirement as any party organizer. I will be happy to attend as a party member just not a party organizer.
Now RTB's Toxic hosted a RT in Aug and a lot of free food was provided to any BTF's that attended, but few appreciated the effort and expense burden by the host.
I attended a free BDSM party held by CJ which included free food, free drinks, free condoms and free sex with a very lovely Asain girl for as many times as you wanted into any hole that you wanted.
There were only 3 BTF's that showed up, many more flaked out. CJ was really pissed off about the attendance and after that pretty much said goodbye to the BTF.
As RTB's indicates, there is a expense associated with these events and if you had a reasonable amount of people show up, it could be at a lower cost per head, but if the past is an indication of the future, this will not happen so a few will be stuck with the bill.
Hence Arramsey is why we ended up creating an exclusive group of people who can be counted on to meet their commitments.
Pure and simple their is no excluding any race, color or nationality just people willing to pay their fair share of expenses incurred and keep to their commitment of time.
We have had a few parties with this core of people since then and we are still having ROLLICKING GOOD FUN TIME

It is most unfortunate that you have such a bad experience organising parties for BTF members.
That is why I suggested "Cherie" - the mamasan from Privilege - maybe she could do all the organising including venue, food, drinks, girls, training of the girls, motivating the girls, etc.
A few days before the RT she could give us an estimate per person which would be "THE MINIMUM ENTRANCE FEE ".
The RT can start as usual as a get together over drinks and when that has played itself out those who are "interested" can gravitate to "Cherie's" venue, PAY THE MINIMUM ENTRANCE FEE IN ADVANCE ", enjoy the No Hands experience, have all the fun that we used to have BUT pay for all extras ( snacks, drinks, Bar-Fines, etc. ) on the spot.
I guess this would take care of :-
(1) The Organisation head-aches as this will be a business proposition for "Cherie".
(2) Any insinuations against BTF members - as the organising will be down by a non-BTF person.
(3) Possibility of non-payment.
(4) Any exclusivity allegations.

Well "Cherie" is now working for Bacarra and Serge one of the owners or manager ??? was happy to take care of everything for my last party there. There was a max cap of 20 people and this allowed us use of the entire 2nd floor.
The price was 100K THB and it included all you could drink, 20 ladies BF's, free food. We gave him a list of premium liquor and when we arrived at 9:00 PM there was food set-up, bottles, ice and glasses on each table and about 30 girls.
Now we were told not to tip the girls that they would only be able to earn their tips by drinking tequilla shots. After 1 hour most guests were ripped and all the girls were drunk most losing any clothes that they had. The normal patrons were on the bottom floor get a free show through the glass floor wanting to come up, but not part of the party Serge kept them downstairs.
BJ's and f***ing was going on in the VIP room off to the side of the stage and everybody had a great time. The only problem was the 1:00 AM closing time, but we packed up a few girls and continued the party in the JW.
Now the only problem I see with "Cherie"/Serge doing this again is that they require that 100K THB be put up first. Having been burnt before, they are not going to prepare something like this and get holding the bag. So if you want to put up the 100K to Baccara, I for one will come and pay you my 5K share now all you need is 19 others.
BTW the best motivator for the girls was tequilla for baht. We were carrying the girls upside down letting their bare asses exposed and then some playful spanking for them being so "Bad"

now that sounds like one nice little party...
The 100K BHT budget would fit for many places I guess...
But are there many places/people capable of this and reliable in that ?
What I like most is this: 20 patrons / 30 girls / 20 barfines 555 nice ratio

2 K is not enough. 5K should be. lesbians are available as many as guests. I believe it would not be more than 10 or 12 people attending.

i think you did a great job organizing the midnight bar caper. as this trip is on my nickel and not subject to last minute company interruptions, I will be there - 5k baht in hand.
arramsey - I really hope to see you there - wherever there turns out to be. I don't think this function is elitist as much as different.
with the amount of baht I have seen thrown at bg's, I also don't think 5k baht is out of the question.
as I have only 4 days to wings-up, I think I will start packing.

I've dumped more than 5K when I have decided to "play" in a bar.
I agree money has to be up front so unless there is a way to pay up for folks not there it would have to be for members who are there on the selected date.
Only thing I can think is to list dates over 2? months and try to get 20 who will be in BKK on one of those dates then everyone must pay up 7 days before the party. That way there will be the required numbers and the money will be up front. If you then don't turn up TUFFFFFFFFFFF no  ing no refund.
BTY I'm in BKK October 20 - November 11 and December 21 to January 14. and I'd certainly be up for 5 - 8K for a "good" party.
