I can only offer my humble advice based upon my own experience in Frankfurt Germany
A few years ago, I also had to impress a representative of a very Large US based company with the hopes of landing the European Sales Representative contract. I kept it very proffessional and waited for him to make his move...
After he concluded his two day investigation of my company, he sat in front of me and gave his approval.
He then loosened his tie, and asked me if it is true about the nightlife in Frankfurt. I proceeded to show him...
He went back to Lynchburg Virginia a very happy . man
It was certainly a night to remember.
Just take it easy and things will work out fine. Good luck..
Maybe we can spill a few beers in sept when I am back in LOS.

I must admit I'm keen for an update - sounded like the right deal at the right time........so how did the interview go???
BTW - There are no forum members out there that know about a certain job going at the moment to be in either their Phuket or Koh Samui office????
The only question would be - if the option was there to choose, which place would be the better?? I'm guessing Phuket as air travel would be cheaper and more flexible....

UPDATE:
Interview went great. All was well. I was busting my butt on the weekends getting things going for the two guys. Then they up and place the orders in China. No big deal, I will just be visiting China a lot.
AAAAANNNNNNGGGGGGGG! WRONG ANSWER!
Chinese suppliers didn't supply quality product for them and they lost the contracts before they even got their first payments.
They still contact me on occassion and blow the perverbial smoke up my arse. In the meantime, I have gotten a promotion from my current job and a little more salary. So I am happy now. For now that is. Until the next sweet deal comes along.
(Lockal I have not put you on my ignore list yet, but I am affraid that I am dangerously close. Pretty soon you will be the only person that can see your posts. HOW WILL THAT MAKE YOU FEEL HOMIE? )

Thanks for the update - sounds like things worked out. Did you get the promotion after mentioning that you may be leaving to go back to the States?
Employers need to realise that a salary is not only to pay you to do the job, but to also stay doing the job.....
Same situation I find myself in at the moment - when I find another job, I'm 100% confident more money will be offered to keep me there......ahhhhh too late to be trying to do deals like that - will be my answer....
