There is some entertaining reading here , also some well thought out synopsis , heres my 50 satang.
Agreed that theres a deep set caste system in Thailand , no doubt. Whether the BG's adopt this when considering a customer , IMO , is not clear.
I have also heard the comments reagrding our East Indian Bros , " Pom Mai chorp Kairk " etc , quite tiresome.
I've heard far more " Pom mai chorp - USA - German-Fallangsee-" etc etc. In fact they say they don't like whatever it is that they think you , the customer arenot.
I have even convinced a few , and there have been way too many, that I was from India, " Pom corp mahk mahk"
IMO they aint diplomats , but they are realists , some people love to hear that they are from the best country , reagrdless of the facts , PC or not.
But hey thats just my p4p riddled opinion.
