Offering up such a challenge is likely to either find you with the mop in hand again or an exhausted bar staff (remember a certain somebody being carried up to his room after imbibing this drink? - your staff are not really built for such heavy lifting.) or possibly both.
And what is shit drunk exactly? Does this mean you have to get so drunk you actually shit your pants? Or does puking in the lobby count?

Moving office & training new staff.
