Blonk writes in a similar fashion to that guy who writes really entertaining FRs and once accused me of writing under a different name, on the grounds that we both had, IIRC, a number in our monikers. He also deals with similar themes (paranoia and self-consciously self-parodic self-aggrandizement).
And he really wants people to meet him IRL.
Maybe he's someone a number of you have met IRL and he's just winding everyone up for a laugh. If it is, it is a good one. He's clearly smart, funny, a good writer and had a good grasp of Bangkok (or, at least, this little corner of it).
Not saying it is definitely him, or even definitely other board star. Just that the thought that it might possibly be did cross my mind...
